Welcome to our holiday home in the sun... A beautiful French Gite in rural Brittany. A holiday home that all can enjoy.

The accommodation comprises of a two bedroom traditional French Gite located near the town of Redon in Brittany. Located near several pretty and tranquill villages with resturants and shops.

 Accommodation

1st Floor. Sleeps 4 or 5. Bedroom 1: 2x 3" single beds with window over looking open country side to river. Bedroom 2: 2x 3" single beds, plus two folding bed. Velux sky light window on ceiling.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin with hot and cold water.

 Ground Floor

Large lounge with tiled floor, bottle gas heater, audio system, television, and satellite TV receiver, table and seating, window to front.

Lobby to rear with water heater and general storage.

Kitchen leading off rear lobby with window to rear and velox window in roof. Tiled floor, fitted kitchen with sink, hot and cold water, fridge/freezer, cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, table and chairs.

 Front Garden

A natural garden with Walnut tree and Bayleaf tree adjacent to village road, garden table, chairs, sun shade and BBQ.
To the side is a ruined Gite and between the two is a well (gated and locked). To the rear is a field with further walnut trees and other fruit trees leading to meadows and woods. The Gite is situated on the edge of a pretty village close to the river Vilaine which is the boundary between L'il et Vilaine part of Brittany and the Loire Atlantic part of the Loire Valley. The river has miles of tow paths which are ideal for walking or cycling. The Gite also has five bicycles provided.
